            Co. “E” 48th Ohio Infty.
 
                                                            Sir:      You are hereby notified that Amos Cochran of your company has been paid on my rolls to June 30th 1863 by Major Dean Paymaster U.S. Army.
 
            His Clothing atc was settled April 30th 1863 and he has not drawn any clothing since that, up to the date of this payment.
 
            The above has been put on his Descriptive Roll and you will have it entered on your company rolls and records.
