Dear Brother
I take the opertunity to let you know that I have seen Mr Wilkins I think his name is however it dont matter whether that is it or not he is the one that has been teaching school there I saw him yesterday and had a long talk about old claremont he is stoping right acrost the street from me he has gone to the front to day to Murfreesboro he said if I had any thing to send home he would take it if I can pick up any small curiosities I will send them
no more at present
