Dear Father
                        you say that if thar is any thing that you can do for me to let you know in this letter I do not know what influance you might hav with regard to geting of me out of this place thare are released Prisnors leaving this place for hom evry occasienally but upon what terms I donot know I supose wee will bee allowd to take the Oath before leaving this place I would be glad if you could get me out of this place if you could but I do not put your self to any unnessesary truble my health is improving some but very slow I am very weeake yet I could not walk up stares yet if I was at home to try I am affectted in my limbs somthing similar to the way that you was before I left home you say that you all are very uneasy about me but that is unnessesary for thare is an all wise Providence that will take care of us if wee will but trust him with all things and have faithe in his ability to provid for our wants I am without money and five or Tenn Dollars from you woud healp me greatly I have about three Dollars yet I spent what you sent very soon but I was destitute of evry thing I recieved your letter of the 30th of April last wendsday allso one from cosen Mollie Igor you may not look for a letter from me until Friday after next as I am bound to awnswer cosen Molie if any thing happens to me mr Harris of this barricks will wright to you nex Friday        we are limited to one
