Dear Father
Yours of the twenty seventh of last month came to hand last Friday I recieved with the letter twenty five cents in silver I shall have that made into Rings and try to send them home but I shall never start any more untill I am fully satisfyed that they will bee allowed to pass the money that you sent is hear but it will bee some tim before I get it the money mail was in a few days before it got hear and it will be som three weaks or a month before it is in again the weather is very Beautifull and has bin for some time before christmass it is nothing to compare with laste winter the health of the Boys hear is mutch better than last winter we have had a few caces of the small pox but not lately I am in very good health at this time and hope that I shall remaine so wright often and short and I will bee sure to get them
