Dear Brother
                        I have not recieved a letter from home since yesterday was a weak ago I am very anxious to hear from pa tell him that he must wright as soon as this comes to hand I am well and hope this may find you enjoying the same blessing the boys of your acquaintance are well and in good health I was glad to hear that colmand was ready well I have spells of angsiety and restlessnes occasionly but hope the day is not far off when when I can enjoy my self at home in peace Brother you must stay at hom with pa do not leave him untill the ware is over at least I now that he needs you at home I had ought to have stayed I hope that I can com home soon but still hav my fears give my respects to all enquireing friends remember me to ma an pa and all the children recieve my kindest reguards to yourself and often remember me in your prayers
