Dear Sister
We left Lenor Tenn a few days ago and hear we are camped again as before when we started I thought we would keep going until we got nearer home than this at any rate I hoped so but I suppose we will hang around until next winter and have a chance to wear another overcoat of US make I do not know what to write nothing to do and nothing going on but talk about going home and How warm it is heare almost to Hot to live I think we will move camp to day and / get whare thare is more shade we are incamped within a few steps of the 8th Mich Cavlry and how lonesome it is by the way did Father get that warrent which I sent I hope he did for I would not have it lost I am well exsept the Looks in vain for letters from Home I hope you are not trubled in that way but you will if I don’t get a letter from you soon good by from your cincere Brother
