Malvina you know I ame proude of you show your selfe to be a woman do not whine around like some women do becaus your husband has gone to fight for his country do the best you can do not let me heare when I return home that you was freting after me if sutch is the case of course keepe it to your selfe / since you wrote to me that you pray for me there has not been a night but before going to sleepe I think to my selfe probaly my dear Malvina at this time is offering up a prayer for me thank the Lorde I have got a good kinde and loving wife and God knows I ame willing to sacrifice even my life for her wellfare
