H. vernin and William P Boyd and Pope Donahoo of Frederictoun and they had held a meet ting in Millsboro the paper said for the purpose of putting doun this rebelion but i think it was to simpathise with the south i just red alittle in the paper and if you can get one i want you to send one to us these men has more at stake than the Boys that Left Millsboro and they are a turning traitors to us and i hope we may Live / To pay them for it and the Captain said that there would bee a election in each Company of the regments on this Constcript bill to day and i think the army is very well sadisfyed with it i for my part will vote for one to fetch all of them men out in the field and make them shoulder there musket for there bad conduct i expect the Dr thought he was a makeing friends by doing so but he went the rong road that time i for one will shouldier my musket to come back to Millsboro to red such vilains out of the plase altho i halve bin raised there but that would make no diference for all of that for they turned traitors to us and the best way is to take them where ever we can find them i would Like for them to send us back to Millsboro to take such fellows this is amidling an easy way of living but i think we can stand it to get them men and there Crew or there sculps i think if they would red some of them out the others would take the hint /

I halve sent 5 00 dollars home and Let Benj. F. hawthorn halve 5 00 dollars and they said you could get it of that money that they sent home and i Let Thomas halve 12 00 dollars and the hole bill is 27 dolars and that is all that i can send this time for while i was sick i could not eat any thing hardly and i bought agreat many apples and had to pay 25 cents for 5 apples and spent agreat deal of money in that way and i halve 5 or six dollars yet and if it hadent of bin for the apples i dont know what would of become of mee and you nead not keep that money a laying at home there but take it and do as you please with it for you can lay it out to a better advantage than i could and so the money is yours and i will half to bring my few remarks to a close for the present
