                                                                                                Well Father I seat my self this sabat morning to let you know how I am a getting a long I am well at presant and the rest of the Boys is the same we halve got our winter quarters up with in a mile and a half of PetersBurg But there is some talk of us a falling Back a cross the Rapihannic But we dont know for surtain yet the Express Boxes has commenceed to come there was a great many come yesterday I Looked for mine but it did not come If you send any thing to eat in it send plenty of butter and a can of golden syrup and Bisket if they send any Pouncake dont put any Candy or shugar on it for it will mold there is nothing of any im portance a going on here siwill close for the present there is inspecktion an I will half to go
