            Dear Brother I reseaved yower leter & was glad to heare from yow but Johney I wood like to see yow but Mebey I will after while but Johney I aint done eney thing sence I left but I will get home after while but Johney I have had a bile on my Neck but hit is agiting well but there aint a going to be eney more fiting I dont think for oure men has run the rebs away back to Nashvill Ky they aint a going to fite ouse I dont think for oure men took some of them presners and they sed that if England dident help them that they wood be pease a gaints the 4 of March but I hope hit will be the Sase but Joheney yow write & tell me a bout the Mochean Shop & tell me if the homney / Mill is a making eney homney or not & tell me if pap is a bilding the shed for the foundry but Johney tell Isaac Pery to write to me or I never will write to him a gain but tell the frenchman to write to me or I will breck his Neck & tell Baley Ellis to write to me & ask him if he has got eny Flaterns & Set hamers but tell me when you write ho is a working in the shop but Johney you write soone but I am well at presant Soe give my best respecks to all ove my frends So write soone & direct your leter to Lisebth Town Ky in care of Capton J H Wing Co B 3rd ohio redgtment
