My own precious boy,
I received your real good letter last evening & I need not tell you how gladly it was received for you know. oh how I do want to see you to-night I think of you so often.—you don’t know. but this you know it will be only a little over three weeks at the longest if nothing happens. I hope it will be so you can come out before. We be would be glad Yes Frank, your plans would will suit me well. Then we will have it so be married on the morning of the 29th /
you will please invite Mr & Mrs Ball. we would be happy to see them here. we shall expect all of your people out. also Mr Eaton Doolittle & wife. I wonder if there will be any chance for Jennie Gordon to come down if not I presume Hamlin will go after her.
We have not heard from Charlie in some time. I wrote to him but have received no answer as yet. I think he will be here before a great while. shall write again soon.
Our people have all retired & it is late & as I have been hard at work all day & will have to get up very early in the morning you will please excuse a short letter this time. /
