Francis M. Guernsey to Frances E. Doty, undated
up for lost time. I dont know whether it will be so that I can come up to enjoy the sport with you or not, if I do not, you must not be very angry at me, for it will be among the impossibilities, if I am not there. it would be a very pleasant place by that lake to have a party. is there any boat on the Lake? it would be a nice place to sail, the water is so clear. I am expecting Add home every day now. he will probably stay in Berlin a few days and visit. but I guess Fanny you are getting tired of reading and so I had better stop. please give my regards to your people and write soon
