We will draw two months wages to morow that is we will draw up to the 30th of Aprile them that was mustered in the 15th of Aprile them that was mustered in the 15th of January will get three months and a halfs pay I was mity anxsious to get all my money & have such a good chance to send it home by Mr Boteright I dont know how long Boteright will stay with us, his sone is down with the Rheumatisms or Pneuralsia I dont know which. Johnt and I will be at home when we can get furloughs though there is no chance to get them now nether do I no when we can get them Mother it would do me the most good in the world if I could get a pair of Cards But I expect that they are as scairs hear as their and that not all you I dont supose have any Idea how clost we are kept let me tell you something about our Guards first we have a Regimental guard that goes around each Regiment. Then we have a Brigaide guard that goes around the whole Brigaid and no man can pass out with out a pass from the Brigaid Commander and a man mite as well try to fly as to get that then we have to answer to our names three or four times a day so you can see that we have no chance to get out I wish that I knew what Regiment J. E. Martin and the Leepers Boys belongs to then perhaps I could get to see them I think that they belong to Col. Alens Regiment and their was a Regiment come in to day that we think was Col. Alens. it I think belongs to Ilonnoys Brigaid if so they will camp about three miles from us, and write to me allso if you know what Regiment D. C. Thomas belongs to

Father I want you to ride Billey a cow hunting and make him do his part He surtainly sympathizes largely with Wiley to go off and pout with him when he dident go himself. I dont know how long we will stay hear I dont hear eny talk of us leaving now
as ever Isaiah Inmon /

The Order is Ishued and no mistake for all the men that was in the servis that the Conscript let out to come back they will be considered Deserters and delt with acordingley. they will have to return to the Regiments to which they belonged that will allmost kill sum of them dont you think
