                                                                                    Camp Neer Warington Junction
                                                                                                Tuesday August 4th/63
 
                                                                                                                        Dear Sister
your welcome leter come to hand last night and was glad to hear from you once more it fond me well as common and I hope thease few lines will find you the same we come to this place last Thursday that is our corps and stood over night the nex day our corps went seven miel miles furter and campt over night the nex day our division was taking out of the corps and a division put into our place from the Eleventh corps and our division come back to this place Saturday after noon thay say that our division is goin to guard a Railroad a Regt to a place the 126. Regt N.Y.S.V. went yeasturday to / catlet Station to guard the Railroad I dont know whare we will go I think we shall have it litle easer for a while I think we may stay heare some time for it so hot now that the trops cant march at preasent We have the hots weather down heare that I ever did see it is vary hot to day but the sweat runs wright off from me wile am writing this leter I wrote a to Gideon last Sunday and was goin to write one home but I had to go on picket and I did not git back till last night Emma I wich you you could see some of the Black Barys we have down heare and had some to dry to send me some so nex winter but hope I shall git home before that time I may git chance to come this fall that is if we / go to guarding a Railrod our captain has gone home after the drafted men to help fill up the compnay Tell Jarmiah if he comes to war to come and see me if he comes within five miles Peter See is as comon and sends his respects to you I give his leter to him that you wrote thare is nothing more of enny acount to write this time. I wich you would put in a sheet of paper and invelop every time you write while I am on a march that is if you have got them to spare for I cant cary them on a march with out wasting them and I cant git them without borowing them and it is good dell of trouble for I cant git paper when I want to write I must close for this time so good by for this time give my respects to all from your
