I           Quartermasters of Brigades and seperate commands will at once make "Estimate           of Funds required by them respectively for the service of the Quarter Masters            Department" for the Currant quarter (See Army Regulations Form No 9 QM        Dept) and forward them to this office for revision.
II         Until further orders supplies will be drawn from the Depots at Harpers Ferry.
III        Quarter Masters and other officers having charge of Quarter Master property and    who are made disbursing Agents of the Quarter Master's Department by the    provisions of the Circular of Oct 12.1862 from the Office of the Chief Quarter Master Army of the Potomac will send to this office copies of their monthly     Returns Forms.1.2.3.5.6.8 & 9 Q.M. Depart. within the time limited by             Regulations for the transmission of such Reports to the Quarter Master General,          that is to say on or before the 5th day of each month and for the month then last      past.
