Falkenberg, Mark Sweet, John Bloom and Jesse York, employed in his Department, will proceed to Washington, D.C. to procure Ordnance Stores for this Division, and Quarter Master's property for the service of his Department.
 
                        After performing this duty, he will report without delay to these HeadQuarters.
