            Your    property                      account for the
quarter             ending Mar. 31            , 1863,             has      
been received.
 
            Your attention is called to the accompanying remarks. The deficiencies noted are necessary to a proper examination of same before transmission to the accounting officers of the Treasury, and must be immediately supplied.
 
            An additional copy of form 23 of your return without abstracts or vouchers is required for the files of this office (par. 1171) revised Regulations. You will furnish it without delay.
