A. J. Hopkins & Matha. J. Hopkins
                                    of Davis County in the State
 
of Iowa Convey and Warrant To Samuel Beatty of Stark County and State of Indiana for the Sume of Seven hundred and fifty Dollars to them in hand paid the following Real Estate in Stark County and State of Indiana to wit: being a part of the South-West quarter of Section Twenty Three Township Thirty three North of Rang Two-West. Commencing at the North-West corner and runing South one hundred and Sixty Poles, thence East one hundred and Sixty Poles thence North Eighty Poles thence West Thirty Poles Thence North Eighty Poles Thence West one Hundred and Sixety Thirty Poles to the Place of begining containing one hundred and Forty Five acres more or or less.             In Witness whereof the Said A. J. Hopkins and Martha. J. Hopkins his Wife have here unto set their hands and Seals on this 18th day of June AD 1863
