                        17. In compliance with Section X. of an act of Congress, approved July 22nd, 1861, a Military Commission is hereby appointed to meet at the Head Quarters of the 13th Army Corps, on Monday the 25th day of January, 1864, or as soon thereafter as practicable to examine into the capacity, qualifications, propriety of conduct, and efficiency, of such commissioned Officers of Volunteers, within this Department belonging to the 13th Army Corps, as may be reported to it by the Commanding Officer of said Corps.
