A General Court Martial is hereby appointed to meet at these Head Quarters, on Thursday August 13th 1863, or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the trial of Lieut. Col. Jesse Staucel 1st Texas Cavalry, and such other prisoners as may be properly brought before it.
