                                    5   .   .   .   Lieut Col Phillip Kershner 16th Ohio Volenteer Infantry, is hereby relieved from duty as a member of the General Court Martial convened by Special orders No 362 current series from these Head Quarters, and will at once proceed to Brashear City, La. and report to his Regimental commander for duty.
