Dear Brother               I Recieved your letter yesterday and Power of Atorney and have bin to see about it to day but cannot collect it on this reason. Said that I would have to have a Sertificate from the County Cleark to show that Lake was the Jutice of the Peace and a county Ceal. I want you to go and see about it the next day after you get this and get it all / right then if they dont pay it I will make them a little trouble the is so much red tape to go through with that it will be a hard matter any how But the scoundrels wants to cheat you out of it & get it in their own pockets the misserable lousy pups & will have it if the is any such thing Go to Dock Lake & se him he will give you directions

Dont delay in it for I shall have to hurry round I will close by saying I am yours
