Mary what shall I say for interesting entertainment with pen and paper.
 
Oh I have so much to say Ill not try to say it all. We are all usualy well except Mother she is confined to the bead has sat up a spell this eve for Deloria to make the bead and soak her feet. She was so bad off when I recieved your last letter mailed 24th we thought she was a going to die but she is on the gaine some at the present time She / fells quite smart this evening. I asked Mother what to tell you for her She sais tell her she is affraid she will not be able to let me come up there by the 4th of July which I told her I was agoing to do. But if she dont get more able I am affraid I cant come But it will be impossible for me to come before that time. then I shall come if possible for you dont know how I want to see you.
 
Your letter was a bulley one I showed it to Frank. She sais she wrote last and for you to please oblige her in answering 
 
Deloria is abead and asleep more than an hour ago and I must follow suit as it is eleven.
 
I often think of the N—l [?] house I was to Gowanda to day after some M[?] and called on my return She sends her love & a kiss to you and you know who sends more than one. I am to work on my place for to get in a piece of winter wheat pealing tanbarck cutting sawlogs and cutting a bit of a swell. I keep my colts Charley is to work in the cheese factory at East. Mary as I always have signed my name I still do the same saying My love is all for the. E.E.B. 
 
well I shall say a word and close as it is the 29th & havent sent it yet Mother sais tell you if I come she shall tag right behind for I aint agoing there again unless she goes. Deloria sais give Mary her love & tell you to write her a letter. She is busy getting breakfast and cant write now mary write soon and a good long letter is your people all at home or where are they give Julia a kiss for Eaph

Mary I would like to know one thing you said in writing before you said dident know all I meant I judg it is something about you pls let me know who else I dont let my letters be found write a full sheet of foolscap.

ask Lovinia if she has changed her opinion any or somewhat She said that night in the beadroom I wish I could have a talk with her again to night but it’s the same 100 years hence
