Dearest Ina,
I dont know as I can write very much of a letter this morning as I have a severe head ache. I am now seated in the Provo M. Office have been making out Descriptive book and Muster Out Rolls. The Regt have not all the blank rolls they need but ar looking for them hourly. If they come today Co A can get ready to be mustered out next tuesday. We expect to leave this place for Ills next week. Perhaps to Chicago to be discharged and paid out off We expect to go by the way of Richmond. There is much writing to be done I realy do hope we will start next week. We ar all very ancious to get home by the 1st of July. If you wish to attend any celibration do not loose the chance on my account. I will write you again and we may perhaps come to some definite conclusion about what time I will be home. I think you had better not write me until you hear from me again unles somthing special happens then it will be best to write as I may posibly yet not probable get the letter. Two or three days ago the mail car caught on fire and a portion of the mail was destroyed but do not know how much.
