Parmelia Buxton
Parmelia Buxton was born around 1824 in New York. She moved to Cuyahoga County, sometime before 1860. By 1860, she was working as a “tailoress,” and she owned $1,800 of real estate and $100 of personal property. She lived with Martha Buxton, who may have been her sister. She died sometime after 1860.
