Absent friend last Sabbath evening when we came from church father was getting ready to leave for camp I sat down and commenced to write a letter to you asking a favor of you it is when you leave your present abode for winter quarters to write and inform us of Henry's welfare he has not writen since he left home he is so deeply in love with camp life as to forget anxious sisters at home we do not expect to hear from him any more unless by friends writeing home. that evening I had not time to finish my letter and posponed it to some future time 
 
            To day the news are flying that you are going to start on Monday I wrote a few lines so that you would get them before leaveing urge him to write to S anna   good by
