                                                                                                Deares Sister it is with pleas that I seat myself this moning to rite you a few lines to let you no that I well at this time and hobe when thes few lines comes to hand they will find you injoying the same blessen I have nothing of in trust to rite you only it is very coald her tho I am at the horsepitle yet they ridgment is at romney they have had a litle figt out there tho they are expeckten a big fight now. I expect to go to my Combany in a few dayes we have had three death in our combany one by the name of Corken and one by the name of kirby kerby he dide her at this place very sertenly I havent hert from they boyes since they left her it was vary dul times her a crismus tho I am in hobes you in joyed your self fine I had a large stew a crismus moning which revive me very much tell Mr bell houdy for me and tell him to rite to me tell nele and the children houdy for me she must rite to me give my respecks to al in quiering friends and save a bortion for your self tell Mary corkren houdy for me tell her I would lack to her from her I wan you to write whethr enny body has maried sence I left ther I want you to take good car of my fely tell I come back and if I never come back I want you haver so I will bring my leter to a close by remaing your treuly friend
