Febuary the 14./63 Dear Brother. I take my Pen in hand to scribble a few lines to you and i hope that they may find you enjoying good health. you made a mistake in reading the other letter it wasent the fleece that we wanted it was the likeness that we wanted. Quarterly meting commences here to day. I belive this is all i have to write. turn over. /
 
I had a bad cold. we had have got a snow about 10 or 11 inches deep and it was preety cold. We heard Dan Uplinger is dead. all the little boy babys are dying off. now there will be no more worries here. i am well i am well
