Chief Justice of Said County
The undersigned Guardian of the Estate of the heirs of W C Watson most respectfully represent that in Obedience to an Order of your Honorable County Court made and entered of Record at the late October Term Thereof AD 1858 directing the hire of a certain Negroe man Named Tom belonging to the Estate of the minor heirs of W. C. Watson having given due public Notice of Such hire as mentioned in the above named Order by posting a Notice thereof on the 15th day of October AD 1858 at the Court house door and at two other public places in Said County but not in the same City or Town he hired at public out cry to the highest and best bidder Payable on the 1st day of November AD 1859. On the first day of November AD 1858 in accordance in accordance with Said Notice a Copy of which is herewith filed the said said Negroe mentioned in Said order and Notice was hired as follows to Wit
The Hirer Property Hired Price for one year
G. W. Wall The Negro Tom above
mentioned $202.00
Wherefore your petitioner prays this his account of Sale be in all things confirmed by the Court/and Ordered to be recorded by the Clerk and for such other or further order or decree as may seem Just and Proper.
