Mr Geo E. Lemon
Dear Sir The enclosed postal card received. I had C. C. Hammett as my agent at one time. I was once notified he had turned over his business to Fitzgeral. Then by you that they had turned over the case to you. Meantime I have long since been employing other counsel and do not wish any thing done by Mr. Fitzgeral or you. Except to send me any papers which you say you have in my claim to me. My case is near its completion and in other hands.
William Rodgers I am sir Respectfully,
