Circular

                        In accordance with [?] XXI Special Order No 253 ad. I.G.O. Current series officers in hospital applying for leaves of absence will be required to remain there until their leaves pass through the hands of Commanding Officer and their leaves made out at these H[?]. It is desired there fore that such applications be acted on as soon as received and be transmitted without the delay usually attending routine papers.
