My Dear sister I sit down
this Saturday afternoon to pen you a few lines to inform you that we are all well at this time and hope these few lines will find you all the same we received your letter some time ago but I did not know wether to write or not for I have writen so often and you have not received my letters but I will write once more the weather is very pleasant at this time every thing looks nice I have been to Zanesville on a visit I had a very nice time I have nothing very important to write at present but I would like the best of all things to see you and Dolly I think you might come out and see me this summer the family all join me in sending their best love to all the family and a share for yourself / I want you and Dolly both to write to me as soon as you get this and let me here how you are all getting a long
