the information from Tenn is that Gineral has moved all of his forces to noxville he has taken all the old trueps from the garisons on the road and plced new trups in ther [?] the Boys has got back from ther and thay say that thay saw them pass along the Rale Rod and the garisons is lite gardid with new trups all is quiet in this valy I hav a opertunity to send this by one of Maj Hase men the trip you spoke to me about the water is up so that wee will hav to wait afew days I will tend to it just as soon as posable / wee hav just started up about the Ralerod and wee will reporte the nues on returning back to the valey
