1. Brig. Genl. Benton Commanding the 1st Division at Indianola, will order the Schooner which came down from Lavacca last to report to Brig. Genl. Ransom Comdg. Post at Pass Cavallo, for the purpose of furnishing his Command with fresh beef.

2. Brig. Genl. Benton, Comdg. 1st Division will order a board of Survey to examine certain boxes of clothing in the hands of Lt. Geo. J. Jones, A.A.Q.M., which were broken open while unloading from Str. "Alliance".
He will also prefer charges against the Officer Comd'g the detail that unloaded the above named vessel, and have him tried by Court Martial
