Dear Sister it is with the greatest of pleasure i sit to inform you that we are all well at preasant and hope those fiew lines may find you and John enjoying the same good blessing laz and Sallie is well but annie has been vary sick to day aunt jane is getting better Cal has been down and spent a day with me but i have not saw bet since you saw left well gabe i heard / from southport and dont you think Jim tharp and all of his family has joined the methodist church
i have been a sleighriding to day with Abijah Cossel and you may know i had a nice time oh i had like to forgot to tell you about the wedding John Cossel is married to Mary Cetroe Caroline and Mr Frave I are comeing out nex satureday if nothing happenes last thursday / night Sam and me went up and saw Eliza and ate apples mother told me to tell you that she felles better since she has been helping do the work than she has in a long time Shelton Israel sendes their love to you and john
