Single-story structure with a parged concrete foundation and vinyl siding. Short walkway leads to a set of brick stairs up to the front door of enclosed porch. Pairs of one-over-one sash windows flank the front door. Pair of short 1-over-1 sash windows under gable roof, which has asphalt shingles.
Detailed History
The building is listed on a 1925 Sanborn map of the town as a single-story, frame dwelling, and it is still standing today. It was operated as a beauty parlor, probably located within the home, by Mary Rainey Boyd, during the period it was listed in the Green Book.
