Description
A two-story building facing south onto William Street. The wooden frame building was twenty-two feet from street level. In the rear, the one-story extension was made of hollow concrete or cement blocks.
Detailed History
The only building still standing on this section of William Street, between Milnor and Pine Street, is 200 William Street, which was located to the immediate east of 198 William Street (formerly 98 William Street).
