This is technically an alternate address for the hotel, but really it was in the same location. The boundary between Cedar St. and Charlotte Ave. changed around 1942 (according to Nashville city directories), making some addresses that were originally listed on Cedar St. as instead being on Charlotte Ave. // Demolished, current site of new HCA highrise. The Grace Hotel was listed at the same address as the Carver Hotel for several years.
