Description
A three-story row structure dating from the late nineteenth century. Now the location of Providence Baptist Church. The buildings on the 14th block of Pennsylvania Avenue were demolished as part of the Upton Urban Renewal Project.

The Afro American calls it a café with bands playing such as Johnny Sparrow and His Bows and Arrows (1951)
