The 1930 Sanborn insurance map indicated that 1503 Springwood Avenue, which was just on the Asbury side of the line between Asbury Park and Neptune, was a two-story frame building. That address is now an empty lot.

While various articles in the Asbury Park Press make evident that 1503 Springwood Avenue on Asbury Park’s West Side served in part as a residence, no trace of the Half Chicken Inn or other businesses at that address has yet been found.
