Honor Reed Hotel established by Mary Jane Reed in 1941 after the McCulloh Street house the couple used as the Reed Hotel was taken by the City of Baltimore to construct the McCulloh Homes in 1939-1940. Looking southwest at Franklin Street overpass on the "Highway to Nowhere." The overpass is said to have been designed by Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore Owings & Merrill.
