The advertisement went on to describe the lodge as consisting of cabins tucked away in the Catskill Mountains with hot and cold showers, private rooms, fishing, hunting, and a spring-fed pool. The lodge was owned by Clifford Gardner, Leila Gardner, and Marie Leach as captured by Ulster County documents for which the deed of purchase is located and describes the land (without a street address). |
