The 1950 Sanborn Map has this building as a dwelling, not a business. Corrial A. Milligan did reside here in 1947. The 1948 city directory lists Colonel D. and Pearl Milligan at this address. Colonel was a mail carrier, so it's not clear what business was here. Perhaps it was a tourist home instead of a garage. At that time, the street was named Rondo Ave. It was later renamed Concordia Ave and then restored to its original name.
