This property, which is also listed in the Green Book in some years as the P. K. Hotel, was a three story building. The 1950 Sanborn map for Pine Bluff shows that an undertaker and restaurant occupied the first floor of the building while the hotel must have occupied the top two floors. The location of the building is now occupied by the Jefferson County Jail.
