Description
The 1955 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map indicates that 637 25th Street is a two-story, frame, 23' wide building with a slate or tin roof. It is labeled Rest for restaurant and is next to apartments to the east.
The Savoy Restaurant was located between what is now the NNRHA Spratley House, and a small park, most likely in what is now the parking lot for the Spratley.
