Description
The Tip Top was located around the middle of its block on busy Springwood Avenue between Union and Atkins on Asbury Park’s predominantly African-AmericanWest Side: a prime location for a restaurant. This block on the north side of Springwood is now a public park, all buildings razed following the unrest of 1970.
