This address is on the North Side of Watertown, not far from the New York Central Freight House and train tracks. Situated on the corner of Morrison and Binsse Streets, this house is a two-story frame structure currently clad in blue vinyl siding. An enclosed porch fronts Binsse Street and part of the façade stretching down Morrison Street.

Records have not surfaced of a V.H Brown who either owned or resided within this residence. The earliest known resident was Mrs. Florence Ward in 1928. Mrs. Edna Darby resided here until her death in 1974. Services were held for her at the Thomas Memorial AME Zion Church on Morrison Street.
