Detailed History
Name listed in 1930 Hackley and Harrison's Guide for Colored Travelers, but no street number listed. Walter Kiser (b.1892) was a janitor for a wholesale nursery and lived here with his wife Rosabelle in the 1940 census; all occupants were black. The Kisers were short time residents and records are scarce.
