Detailed History
It was listed in the Green Book as Whalston's, but the 1948 city directory lists it as Whalstrom's Home Liquor Store. The east half of the block, including this building, was demolished circa 1970 and became a surface parking lot. The current building is an office tower that was built in 2000.
