The Y.M.C.A. Druid Hill Branch stands on the east side of Druid Hill Avenue in central Baltimore.  It was constructed in 1916 after the Baltimore Y.M.C.A. received a $25,000 grant from Julius Rosenwald and the African American community in Baltimore raised the additional $75,000 needed to complete the building.  The photo shows the west facade of the 4-story building.
